Consumers Power is beginning  Phase 2 of the pipeline replacement from Williamston to Ovid.   You should be seeing them in the area now with clearing to begin May 6th beginning at M-43 and moving northward.  Working hours will be Monday through Saturday with crews beginning at 7:00 am.  Initial restoration
