We have been informed that the Oneida-Sabine Lake Project, a planned placement by ITC of approximately 50 miles of 345-kilovolt high voltage electric transmission lines, is coming to our area. There are community listening sessions planned for January 26-29 and February 3-5. To learn more about this project and the times and locations of the listening sessions, go to www.MIFutureGrid.com. We plan to have a Township representative present at a listening session to learn more, but we urge residents to attend a listening session to get up-to-date facts about the project.
